Honda dealers have a specific Honda Power Steering Fluid for your car. Its the right fluid to use. In a pinch you can use other fluid but the other fluids don't have the same additives as the Honda fluid to keep the seals pliable and you may wind up with seal leaks from the pump or steering rack down the road. Go with the Honda Power Steering Fluid if its available.
