Are Honda parts really better for my Honda or does it matter?

they are a bettter fit. In the end though most parts Honda does not make. They only certify that they will endorse those parts. So lets say an alternator for example. there are only a few companies making them for your car.

Pending on the part. As far as oil filter and brakes things like that you are just paying for the name I do not use all Honda parts as it makes no difference and my car runs great.

I WORK FOR HONDA AND HONDA PARTS ARE BETTER FOR YOUR CAR IF YOU WANT TO PUT MORE MONEY INTO IT. IF YOU DONT THEN IT WONT HURT IF THEY ARE NOT HONDA PARTS

I think that it is a matter of wether you percieve the oem parts to be better. I think that there are some very good aftermarket parts houses that are every bit as good as the oem. But that is something that you are going to have to decide for yourself.Every reputable parts house has some sort of specs that they have to have their parts meet, and some of those specs have higher standards than original. Ask your parts man/woman. They should be able to show you a comparison between original and aftermarket

Depends on what the parts are but generally it is worth getting the parts that are made for the car.

A honda part is made by and for a honda. Aftermarket stuff you have no idea where and how they are made....
