my check engine light is on, does anyone know where I plug in the device to read what is the problem? I have the device to get code on what is wrong, but do not know where to plug it in

Look under the dash right below your steering wheel. The terminal is located approx. in this area., can't miss it. Good Luck.

if the car is a 4 cylinder the connector is under the passenger side of the dash at about the center of the glove box.if the car is a 6 cylinder model, the connector is behind the ashtray in the center console. you have to pull the ashtray out then you'll see the connector behind it.
