I'm having the same issue with my 93 Civic.

It was raining yesterday. As I was pulling up to a red light, I put the front window all the way down to let the cigarette smoke out. It refused to move back up. The other windows didn't respond either.

The power door lock switch, however, works just fine.

I checked the window lock and it is off. The other windows arent moving either. They do not respond to the driver's master switch or their own individual switches.

The fuses under the dash marked for the windows are all fine.

The fuses under the hood are also all fine.

I removed the door panel to look at the harness and cleaned out some (white?) corrosion out of both of the harnesses. Still, there is no response from any of the switches.

I will probaly take it to the dealer, but I would prefer to take care of this myself if I can, because I also have to replace a cracking coil spring, shocks all around, and by the sound of it, brakes all around as well.

Any suggestions are welcome. Please help.

i have a 1993 honda civic lx aswell and mine is doing the same thing but it is just my front windows that want go up or down and my power door lock dont work all my fuse are good

i found out what was wrong with mine and now they work great

just just the main harness where it plugs intill the door i had to clean it had now they work great
