Default i have a 88 prelude si it's turning over but the engine not turning to crank what could that be?

i check the distribotor ,wires,for sparks they all have spark what do i need to check next

if it has spark, check for fuel pressure. take off the line to the fuel filter and see if fuel comes out when u crank.

Check compression in all cyl. I would do this first, Then check for spark,Fuel and timing, also might want to check the timing ring in the bottom of the distributor, sometimes these things break for no particular reason and are a real pain if you don't know what to look for.
