Im not asking about the bulb, but rather the whole taillight. one of mine broke and i really like the 04 look, and i know theres some alteeza lights that work on 01 to 04 civics, so i assumed that one from any year would work on my 03. I like the factory 04 taillights and want to buy them and put them in my 03 civic, would that work?

it should best thing is to call your honda dealer parts department and they tell ya whats fits what

Probably not (at least not perfectly).I might be wrong though.

Depends, Civic EX, SI, Hatch, Coupe, SEDAN?There are so many flavors, but the best way is go to this site:http://www.magauto.com/Then search for your Year, Make, Model and Trim and then the same for the '04.If the Part number is the same, it will fit.If you want a definite answer next time let us know your exact car Specs.Best of Luck
