at 120,000 the car is scheduled for a 'major service' which is the usual oil change, spark plugs, fluids and filters. The most important thing on that car is the valve adjustment and that needs to be done to maintain engine performance and fuel economy at this time. The timing belt and water pump should be replaced every 60,000 or 7 years on that car. if you haven't done that to this point, you're over due.figure about $300 for the major service and about $350-$400 for the timing belt, drive belts, coolant and water pump. That is a great investment as that car will go to 400,000 miles with no worries as long as you follow the care and feeding instructions. You don't need to do both at the same time, but you do need to do both.hope that helps,

The timing belt on a f22 engine replacement interval is 90k miles, not 60k, and or 72 months. Get that replaced along with the water pump, balance shaft belt, and seals. For mileage make sure the o2 sensor is good along with the cat, make sure the air filter is clean, the ignition timing is set at 15-16 degrees BTDC (Before Top Dead Center), and check your tires to make sure they have enough psi, I go with 32 psi for the tire size that comes stock with your car, and make sure the fuel system is maintained.
