I have a 2000 CRV ex and I am getting 12 liters/100k in straight city runs during my first winter with it. I just did a run where the mileage for my last tank was split with highway and city and I got 10L/100km. In straight highway should get 8 to 9. this depends also on your driving style. I avoid jack rabbit starts as this will destroy your mileage, also summer driving should improve as well as there is no warm up period where the engine is running rich for a while.
