There are typcally about 4 pricing models. For 4-cyl, 6-cyl and then "minor" and "major" service for each. You should expect between $275 and $350 for a minor service on a V6 and about 50$ less if it's a 4-cyl.http://fsm.midas.com/pages/fsmlookup.aspx

price for tune up is not based on mileage, just parts and labor

If you're following the factory maintenance manual there are three services that are due plus the usual vehicle inspections. The three services are:1) engine oil and filter change2) engine valve adjustment3) engine coolant changedepends on where you go as to how much they charge. as a rule of thumb the oil and filter is about $30 at a Honda dealer, the valve adjustment is about $75 with the gasket and the coolant change is about $50. You don't need a coolant 'flush' as it the car has an aluminum engine and radiator and nothing to rust so nothing to flush out.most dealers also include a tire rotation and cleaning and adjusting the brakes in the 105k service. That would add around another $45-$50. Its certainly worth it if you haven't done the tire rotation or had the brakes checked in a while.

Everyone here is WAY off! If you have the service done at your local Honda dealer, It's going to be around $750.00. To keep your Honda in good running shape, I'd definately shell out the money. The technicians start at the front of the car and inspect everything until they get to the back. The 105,000 mile service includes your tune-up, timing belt, oil, lube, and filter change, transmission flush and fill, radiator flush and fill and inspecting the wear items on the car for anything that may need to be replaced.$750 is a great value for all you get done to the car!
