You could boost the f22 you have and it would beat a h22 accord and be cheaper. The f22 has iron sleeves and a low compression ratio to begin with unlike the h22. The k20 swap isn't really worth it in a accord, I would recommend the k24 by the way, more torque that you will need. There is alot of work to put a k series in a 5th gen accord, look at the write up honda tuning did on it. For the cheapest way to be fast, I would turbo the f22 you have as long as its a 5 speed. You can build your own kit, and even use a manifold and turbo off a dsm, it will bolt right up. The h22a isn't a bad choice either, i've done this swap on a few cars and it does make a nice power increase. Its up to you, the decision on what you want to do is gonna be the worst part of all of it.
