Timing belt, fuel filter, transmission service and don't let anybody try to sell you a tranny flush. A simple pan drop with a filter and fluid change will be plenty. You should not need much more, those are pretty maintenance friendly cars.

i own a shop and yes the timing belt ,and all the fluids changed in it also,a complete check of the brake system on it,and anything replaced that needs it,also a complete tune up and adjustment of anything that needs it,also have the front end alignment checked also this is real important, and any parts checked and replaced in the front end that needs it,also the shocks need to be checked and replaced if necessary ,and anything else that you can think of at the time,if you have the owners manual on this car look in it it has a good schedule of what should be done to it and at what mileage it should be done ,this can be a handy book to have around, and read, basically the car really needs a good going over, and you need to be made aware of anything it needs done to it,what is done to it right now may determine how long this car actually will last you, good luck i hope this helps.

Timing belt is good to 105,000 mi.I have a 01 Prelude and the schedule is the same. Just change the oil and check the other fluids, check the belts, hoses, fuel lines, brakes, etc. Also have the tires rotated, check the suspension, check the e-brake, cv boots, etc. You could have the timing belt replaced, but it's best to stick to Honda's 105k mile recommendation.

I general you really want to change your timing belt every 60k and by now you should also change tranny fluid do a radiator flush check the brakes change air filter change plugs etc.
