Default Where is the intake manifold runner control?

I would just add details to my previous question, but my browser does not support it.My intake manifold runner control is either stuck open, or not opening and closing properly. Where do I look to see if it is moving?

What car do you have? A integra GSR has a variable runner I recommend a dealer to look at it . The dealer can find the problem.
