As much as what you will have to pay when the cops pull you over for street racing!

its front wheel drive, its not worth putting to much money in it because it will never be as fast as a rear or all wheel drive of the same horsepower.

A b20 motor swap will cost around 2500 then building the block another 1500 the turbo will be somewhere around 2000 a few extra parts 1500. and you have a full equipped street racer.

depends, you can do it for as cheap as 20g or up to over 100g. body kits, headers, exhaust, turbo, air filter, wheels, steering wheels, seats, and a sound system.

Depends on what cars you are trying to beat. But for a complete motor swap and suspension it can go from aprox. 4,000 or up (unless you got hookups so it can be cheaper)And to the people who say you need a body kit...You dont need a body kit to make a street racer. Body kit = RICE

It all depends on what kind of Civic you're starting out with, and how fast you want to go, there isn't any real answer to this unless we get more info.

should of been a lot more specific, but cheapest would probrably getting a B18B, build internals and add a turbo along with exhaust can easily run you easy 7000 and that will only be the engine, you still got suspension to work on and a couple of other things
