You can do whatever you want honestly if the bolt pattern matches up and the wheel slides on who gives... Right? Just know if the 18" wheel with the tire on it depending on what series tire you go with assuming it will be larger then the 16" stock you're going to lose your gas mileage.

Yes, you can i have done it. The only problem you will have is if your pilot has the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) then you have to get rims that are balanced correctly and have the sensor in the rim. I believe the 2006-07 Pilots have TPMS

I did that same thing by changing the series of tire. I went from a 225/70/R15 to a 245/60/17 on the same car and did not have to modify the fenders. In this case the tire from where it meets the wheel to where it meets the road decreased and the car handled better. Less sway in the tires.
