if so does that mean i dont have a vtec....vtecs are 1.6l right? and do u think i should swap motors and get a vtec, and how much would it cost to get a vtec, and pay for sum 1 to install it profesinally so i can pass smog in cali?thanks

Yep it is a 1.5, and yes it is a vtec. Its what i run in my civic and it goes well!
