Default Is there a difference in the headlights from a 2003-2005 Honda Accord to a 2006-2007 Honda Accord?
There are an assortment of Projector headlight units I'm looking at possibly purchasing for my 2007 Accord, but most only go from 2003-2005 or from 03-06. Any help in answering this would be greatly appreciated.

mmmmmmmmmm the warranty??? ok, is the same shitty car with only 3 years difference. get the civic, is cheaper and faster.

The design is the exactly same but the newer 06-07 Accords have Daytime Running Lights (DRL) in use. The 03-05 Accords didn't have this feature available.

it appears there is not a difference from 2003-2006, but there is in 2007 see the link for the Honda Headlights at a parts store online.
