I bought a code reader for my 1999 civic dx and it reads O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank1 Sensor2) Should I replace the o2 sensor?

Had the same error code my friend's RSX. The answer is Yes, replace the O2 sensor, preferably with a OE one. It was a Denso on the RSX so I'd assume it's the same on your car.

I have a 2003 Accord and the fault code that illuminated the CEL is P2247, specifying "O2 sensor reference voltage circuit open bank 2 sensor 1". I don't know if an O2 sensor is bad, or the wiring is faulty. Where is bank 2 sensor 1? Anyone know??

yes replace the o2 sendor quite commoon it should be a p0141
