I don't have the owners manual, and I can't get the heater fan to come on, so I am looking for the fuse panel and can't find it...please help!

Under the dash on the driver's side

on the driver's side, side of the dash where the dash meets the door...under the dash, by the pedals.....or in the engine compartment. some weird cars have the fuse box under the dash on the passenger's side, even behind the glove box. it COULD just be that the heater blower motor itself is shot..that's my problem.
