Default My wife's 1999 Honda CRV lost its digital clock. Anyone had this happen.?

I looked at the fuse panel but did not see one that was labled clock. It has worked without problems until about a week ago when she noticed it not displaying anymore. Not sure if its battery operated or what. Any help would be appreciated.Thanx.

if all other accessories work than the clock itself is bad and needs to be replaced. if you have an aftermarket radio installed, make sure it is wired properly because the clock and radio run off the same wires. (switched power, constant power, and ground)

If your radio still work then it's a defective clock. Usually whenyour clock goes out, the radio goes along with it. It share the same fuse. The fuses should be a 10 or 15 amp.

the clock display in my daughters 99, has been working intermittenly. the clock appears to keep running and keep time, however, the display can't be seen. Randomly, it will come on. Honda wants $225 for their OEM replacement. I've been looking for a used replacement, but I'm afraid the life expectancy might be in question.

It's not battery operated, and it shares fuse with some other device(s) like radio. Look in the owner's manual what is related to the same circuit, and if that stuff works - the clock itself has failed.
