Default How do you turn off the abs warning light on a 94 honda accord?

My girlfriends 94 accord has had this yellow abs ligh on now for almost three years. We know the abs is not functioning, we don't need to be consistantly reminded. Is there a way to disable the light? I recall reading somewhere about a fuse you could pull or something along those lines.****FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW, EVEN WITHOUT ABS THE BRAKES STILL WORK AS THEY SHOULD. THEY JUST DON"T HAVE ABS. IT IS NOT DANGEROUS----PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU ANSWER****

Your best bet is to remove the bulb.If you pull the fuse, you will find that other features don't work. You can also disconnect the sensor at the hub but that requires a little bit of hard work....go with the bulb.Don't disconnect the battery like the first person said....nothing will work. (but you probably know that, though)

I will tell you the right way to do this right now. Pop the hood, on the left side you will see the fuse box for the ABS (it will be below the main one, only smaller). One the cover you will see a fuse labeled ABS B2 (15 A) fuse. Simply take that out and your problem will be gone.

Check the manual to find the proper fuse. All this will so is disable the abs computer. Braking will be normal. Get your brakes checked just to be on the safe side.

It should have a designated ABS fuse or relay. Pull either one, and the light should go off. I know you can live without ABS - I do - but I would not guarantee that Honda did not make it somehow fool proof, and just pulling the fuse may not help.
