what is making my honda legend 1985 making a terribly noise from the steering arm?
There is plenty of oil in the steering filter and the noise sounds very loud when I turn the wheel. Sounds like gravel crounching.

Could be CV-joints are worn out, or other steering components (like power steering pump pr drive belt - if it has power steering) WARNING (from website below): A CV joint failure can cause loss of steering control under certain circumstances. The CV Joint assembly should be checked. The gravel-crunching sound is caused by a broken gear. You have to get your car checked by your local dealer or mechanic IMMEDIATELY as this is dangerous and might cause loss of steering control.
