I would want to see it before buying it. If its too good to be true, its probably not.

I wouldn't just because that's such a large purchase and if something goes wrong it's a huge hassle to get it straightened out. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

I would only buy one from a Ebayer that is licensed to sell turbo kits and only buy the complete kit. I would also check out the seller's feedback rating and comments. You can learn a lot from this. There are a lot of scams on Ebay, for example the so called "electric driven turbo" its nothing but an electric motor and a K&N air filter. It will not produce any kind of boost.

There's lots of good stuff on E-Bay. But buying a turbo for a Honda is just a waste of money.

better off just tuning your motor don't put a turbo on there.

Make sure you check out how many items they have sold, look at their feedback percentage as well as their feedback. Do NOT buy a turbo that says "like Greddy" or "like Turbonetics" or whatever. Only buy the actual reputable brands. Cheap turbos will break quickly. However, if I were you, I would go NA. Just replace all internals and everything around the engine.
