They both are carberated, my 85 honda w/ a 1.8L engine is on its last strand of life. I came across a B20A3 that I can pick up faily cheap ... $250. is this possible?

Not easily. Yes they're both carbed but the engines mounts are completely different. You would need new mounts, wiring+ecu, and axles. You should convert it to FI. And if you still want a 3g motor, you can use the B20a3 block with an FI B20a5 head. I know that this swap has been done before in a 2g lude. Check out www.preludepower.com for some more answers.
