from my car porch last night probably after 10 p.m. Reported to Japan police 6 a.m. morning. Tank half full. Recovery probability? Opinions please.

Seirei : I would guess about 30% . I would guess you had an alarm . If so I would guess a professional thief . Most likely the auto is being stripper for parts as we talk .. If it was a teen or young adult . (And I use adult loosely . ) More than not your car will be found soon . I had a car stolen off our lot by a teen . For a joy ride and took his girl friend on a date .. He actually detailed the car for the date . It was in better condition when found and returned . We sold it that week . So keep the faith .. Sometimes there is a Car God out there ...

if the S2000 was tuned, there is a big chance, the car is stripped. only thing the cops will find is the frame of the car.most likely, the engine, rims, and interior is stripped.sorry bout the lost, but there is still a chance the car is found in good condition.
