I have never seen an IAC go bad in a Honda. Does your idle go up and down rapidly? Some times die? On the plenium on the Throttle body side is a plate with 2 screws. Remove the plate and take 2 screw drivers and tighten down that wierd looking thing all the way. Next put it back together and spray air intake cleaner down the throat of your T/body.
