How much does it cost to replace the motors for all 4 windows of my 95 Honda civic?

if all four of your windows stopped working, i doubt that the motors are bad, you might want to check your fuse and driver side switches, simple continuity tests can tell you if your switches or fuses are the problem.

Sounds like you need to check the fuse block for the power windows. Probably cost about $1.00 at your auto parts store.
