We "proved" that the booster was the problem when we pulled the vacuum hose off, the pedal rose back into normal position. However, now if it is adjusted 1/4 turn one way there are no brakes. 1/4 turn the other way and brakes are good, but the pedal gets sucked to the floor after a few minutes.Vacuum check valve is okay (verified). Brakes were bled. Thanks for good tries. The problem is not likely the M/C and down because the Booster rod is not bound to the M/C, it should just float back to position.
