Default Is it difficult to replace the rear wheel bearings on a 98 honda civic lx sedan?

Whats involved? Are they pressed or is it a fairly easy job? Likewise, if I was to pay a garage, how many hours labor should I expect to be charged? The parts themselves are about $70-$90 per bearing.Um, its the REAR wheel bearings. Thanks anyways

i own a repair shop, and its about cheaper to buy a good used steering column for it than to try and repair this one, there's a lot of work involved in doing this ,you probably wind up with about 500 bucks or more in this by the time you get it done, and maybe more, labor on this is going to be big, i cant give you an exact amount, because no one knows until they start the job how bad it will be to do,but its going to cost, good luck i hope this help,s.

I have no clue what the first responder was talking about. This problem has nothing to do with a steering column.Yes to what the second responder said, It's gravy work.
