What's the fix? This started right after my daughter had some friends install new CD player. I have checked all the fuses, both under the hood and in the drivers kick panel.

uh oh. Those 90 - 93 accords have some delicate wiring. I had a sloppy cd installation in my 91 accord which eventually shorted out 2 transmission control units (the computer gizmo that controls the automatic transmission). If I were you, i would remove the CD player and have it professionally re-installed.

the clock needs constant power from the battery. whoever installed the cd player probably unhooked the battery wire from the clock and hooked it up to the ignition wire, which means instead of having constant power, it only has power when the ignition is on. take out the head unit and clock and make sure the battery wire is going to the clock, it will probably be yellow.
