The car and year is irrelevant. Check the rim size.

There is a sticker in the driver's door jamb with tire information on it.

here are the following tire sizes for the 91 accord185/70R14 for Dx and LX only (both sedan and coupe)195/60R15 for Ex and SE only (ex sedan and couple, SE sedan)the numbers 14 and 15 stand for the size of rim that you have. and as far as finding out what size rim you have, check the stamping on the wheel (usually its on the outside behind the center cap if not its behind the wheel once you remove it)

Check with your local wheels & Tires store in your area. They should have good ideas what size it needs..or even better call one of Honda dealer locally, they also know it too.
