i own a repair shop,and this usually runs around 300 bucks total,this one is in the gas tank,and is sort of a hard one to do,i have done them for less before ,but if you use a real good fuel pump,it will cost around 300 to get it all done,good luck,i hope this help,s.

If the fuel pump is available, about a $400 job (typo).If you aren't experienced in doing a fuel pump, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. But, I'd buy the Chiltons or Haynes repair manual for your Prelude and read up on the replacement. If it seems like something you think you can tackle, go for it. It's worth the money you'll save.
