Which company is cheapest? Is it safeauto? or allstate...? I just want liability. The car i'm looking at is a 1990 civic 4 door. 4 cyl, 5 sp. manual trans. thanks!

depends entirely on you and your driving history. the car itself would cost next to nothing, given that its really old.

Liability usually is the same or close to the same on most any cars. They are only insuring you as a driver and the damage your vehicle could make. If you were 'full' coverage or buying insurance for your car then the model would vary the price greatly. KC

it's not really the car you're insuring, it's the driver. go to progressive.com and they'll compare them vs other insurers. they referred me to some place and i saved hundreds of dollars a year.
