This is one of the finest cars in the world. Why would you want to change it?

I would say a cold air intake. They improve your gas mileage, your horsepower and torque. I put one on my car and it was a very good investment. You will notice the difference immediately.

cold air intake (CAI) or short ram intake (SRI) !!!! They improve your gas mileage, your horsepower and torque yes but very little. The big change is it will change the tone of you engine mainly when you enter vetc. cai= a little louder and deeper (i have this on my s2000) or sri = just a whole lot louder

I would say some engine tune-ups, but be careful if you install ram air, the pores in the filter are usually larger, allowing more airflow, but also allowing impurities into the engine, shortening its life. I would recommend a new chip, the stock has a major rev limitor.

buy new sexy alloys (may be a size of 15 or 16 inches) with low profile tyres. colour the callipers (black colour both of them front and rear). if u want do anything more to modify it then find some best makers of skirts and put them on. if u want a sports look then nion lights at bottom of the car.

Unless you buying the new 2006 Si I wouldnt do a thing to it. The K20Z3 is so far superior to the new R18 (come in the all other 2006 Civic's besides the Si).However GReddy has already made a turbo kit for the R18 equiped Civic's (non-Si's)Personally anything other than some type of forced induction is a complete waste of money on a Honda. How do I know this, basically because I have built many of them. Mainly B Series motors. But building any other Honda motor isnt really any different. The R18 is still a SOHC (Single Over Head Camshaft) design. The K20 is a DOHC (Dual Over head Camshaft) design. Meaning that the K20 has 2 camshafts that individually control intake and exhaust cam timing seperately.Due to the low torque output that Honda engines are infomous for and now the increased weight of the 2006 models. Anything other than forced induction really isnt that great of an investment. Not to mention Honda failed again to equip all thier models with a LSD (Limited Slip Differential) other than the Si model. The LSD aids in traction which is greatly needed with the low torque output. Otherwise your just gonna do a pegleg burnout when you dump the clutch. Also when you buy a intake you arent going to see a dramatic difference in performance. Your ass dyno might not agree with me but go put the car on a real dynomometer and see the results for yourself and you will be convinced. So if you dont go the turbo route then I would stick purely to suspension modifications and transaxle work.A new suspension system, LSD, Clutch and Lightweight flywheel would be my investment.I could go on forever but Ill save your time. Also dont put the stupid ricer graphics and neon lights on your car. Also please dont put the Altezza tail lights on thier either. Keep your car clean and simple. You will get more respect that way. Trust me.Also I wouldnt buy anything but the new 2006 Si. Otherwise your just wasting your money if you plan on racing.
