Just remove the 5 lug nuts and the wheel will come off. If you have a hard time getting the wheel off just kick at the sides of the tire to break the wheel loose as it may have beuilt up some rust between the wheel and the rotor. The center nut is the locking nut for the cv joint into the spindle.
