You could mount it but it wouldn't work and anyone who saw it would laugh at you. Try to stay away from thing that don't really add to the performance of the car i.e. big wings, bov or intercoolers on non turbo cars.

BOV's release the pressure the turbo produces in the intake. If you have a naturally aspirated car, the intake will always be under vacuum, and a BOV would do nothing for you, not even make that pffft sound everyone likes.

airfromoutside----> turbo blade---->otherturbostuff---->throttleafter air goes thru the turbo and into turbo stuff it will go into the engine right?, then when you shift /andor let go to the gas the throttle is closed then the air will pressure up, right?! then it will go back to the turbo and make the blade go backwards, right?! then screws up the turbo and makes it stop and creates lagg.blow off valve actually "blows off" the pressured air that is still in the pipe after the throttle closed when you shift andor let go of the gas, and keeps the turbine spinningon a stock N/A car it isnt forced air, its air waiting to get into the engineon a turbo/supercharged car, it is forced air, it wont wait to get in the car.on a car with a cold air intake it's waiting till it gets sucked in.on a car without an intake(tuner throttlethingy) well... i have no idea its just air holes no throttle.on a car without an intake or throttle at all, well... why are you even driving it?!

Everyone loves the loud-ass WAAAAAAAAHHHH-PSSSSHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I thought of trying something on My civic to get that sound, so far, nothing has come to mind, and a BOV will not work. See: Above post

as cheesy as it sounds (and i would never put one on my car) they make electronic "bov" that consists of a siren like speaker and a control unit that actually makes the sound on NA cars.....lol

I'm pretty sure that it will not work also. My short ram in my civic is kinda sounds like a BOV. But there is no pressure to release. BOV is to release pressure coming back from the manifold and the turbine.

No you can period. you can buy the fake bov noise creator there's one that goes in you tail pipe but, one you would be a poser and everyone would make fun of you and two it would sound funny coming out of the back of the car instead of the front where the turbo and bov would be. Same the money and effort of trying to pretend and put it in to building a cheap turbo kit that would make the noise and give you more HP.
