how do i know if my honda accord dx 2002 is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder?

Count how many spark pub or cable to them.

Just open up the hood, it should be on the top of the engine or on a sticker some where. Also, if it says 2.3 on it anywhere, it is a 4 cylinder, if it ssays 3.0 it is a 6 cylinder

counting the lug nuts works too it it has 4 it's a 4cyl if it has 5 it's a V-6.

they don't sell v-6 on a dx so it has to be a 4.

on the back of the car, if it has two exhaust tips, it has a 6 cylinder, if its got one exhaust tip, its a 4 cylinder.

It's a 4cyl. It's a DX it's the base model the cheapest model they are not going to put a 6cyl. in it.

the DX is their basic model being 2.2 litre, 130-HP 4 cylinder enginethe V6 was only made for the EX and the LXhope that helps you
