What is the purpose of the FIA (fuel injection air) valve in a 1999 Honda Odyssey ?

cars can't run on just fuel alone and to maintain the radio of 22 parts to 1 you need air it helps in burning process and maintaining smooth idle

i have no idea what u are talkin about and i work on them 50 hrs a week the only thing i can think of that u are talkin about is the iac idle air control valve....and it controls the idle

to let fuel and air flow into the intake manifold evenly.
