I am not sure of the specifics of your question, but I will pass this knowledge on in case it helps. Factory CD players out of Honda and acura models will fit into your 1990 civic and will plug into the factory wires. integra 1990-1999 are the same size and wiring. Also many other models like 1990-1997 accord. Hope that helps. PS you do not have to remove the dash. They slide in an out of the dash.KC
