Remove the bolts that you see under the hood on the fender lip. Open each door and I believe there are a few inside the jam for the fender. Remove any wheel well skirts and trim. And don't quote me, but want to say on a Honda the front bumper and headlights have to come out as well. I do know to remove the headlights on a Honda the bumper has to come off. Honda's are tight....to replace any part it normally takes removing many parts to get to one.

ok i have done this on earlier model civics (1990) i didnt have to remove the bumper. I did remove the corner/marker light and undid some bolts on the bumper to loosen so i could access one bolt for the fender. if you already have fenders off and are just putting on fenders you could prob go without even putting in the bolt that is behind the bumper. there will be one bolt up top behind your doornext to "A" pillar, and one or two on the bottom, one at botttom of door height one at mudflap and three under the hood- the one at the front bottom corner of the fender is the one that will require parts removal- Corner light and loosen bumper. the "inner fender" or wheel well as some call it will have clips and plastic screws to attach to the fender, bumper and mudflap. If you have a 10mm wrench and or socket and a phillips screwdriver you can do it with some patience, and small hands. good luck and have fun.
