What is the average mileage a honda civic can go to?

30 to 40 miles

My bubbie in NY has over 200k on his late 80 something accord.

Around 400 miles to a tank

1: I got about 28 mpg on my 82 civic wagon. 2: It finally died after 235K miles on it. It sat for a year and I sold it to a fellow who put a new engine in it greased it up and tinkered with the transmission and he drove it away for god knows how much longer....great little car.

how about "how high is up?" with a lot of $$$bucks to keep it goin'.....my 82 Accord sold 132K after putting me thru college & then some more, not without brakes(poor), waterpump, timing belt, misc. other junk too....hey, not perfect but nuthin' is...btw,32 mpg

Unless Civic's engine has a problem, (in many cases it doesn't) the car itself can go up to at least 100,000 miles.But you can feel that the car is getting "old" around 80,000 miles.As long as you keep good maintanance, 100,000 shouldn't be a problem.
