Default 1988 accura?
Loud out rushng of air when gas cap is removed. Is there a vapor recovery filter that could be clogged?

I short term hissing noise when the gas cap is opend is normal for all of the honda and acura cars i have owned. lasts about 5-10 secondshope that helps

This is normal for this car emissions were not as strict on gas tank pressure as they are now(newer car should not do this they have devices to keep the fumes from escaping).
