whats the procedure for setting the ignition timing for a 92 civic with a jdm d15b?

ingtion timing procdure : remove 2 wire sprout located r/f lower dash area bend paper clip to a "U" shape install into 2 wire conntor and you'll hear the engine speed drop and base timing can be adjusted and idle speed can be checked and adjusted if required
