How much nitrous you gonna feed it?What tires and wheelie bars are you using?Did you weld the rear shocks / struts?or are we talking "stock"?And if we're talking "stock" why are you gonna burn $20k on a new car to race it, instead of buying a 2-3 year old Civic off of a lease plan for maybe $10k and then putting another $10k into it to go fast?
