I have a 1992 honda accord lx with 167000 mile on it and my bottle dollar is 1500, it has know body damage, new timing belt and water pump. I take great car of my cars. So it is in great shape. now I know that its over 15 years old but is still running great and has alot of timing left, I dont know am i crazy?

you say the car has been taken care of i would give 1500 for it 3 years ago i gave 1500 for an 86 toyoto corolla it had been taken care of i am still driving it today take care of your car it will take care of you is my motto ageshu

you can put the information into the kelly blue book and check it out. http://www.kbb.com/ You have to enter info on the car, where you live, etc and they will give you the fair price.

Absolutely! ( to the "asking too much" question) I would say you might get between $1,000 - $1,200. As for the "am I crazy" question...It's your possession and we always believe our possessions are of extreme value...problem is, not everyone else thinks so! [smile]

Honda's have the reputation of being long lasting; i tend to agree. Honda is among the best in the world for holding there value. The Honda SUV is THE BEST for resale in the world where the second you take a Ferrari of the lot is depreciates 20%.But if there is some prosthetic damage this might turn some customers away see what you can do 2 make it look as good as you can for as little as possible good luck

Given your car's overall good condition and the recent work you have done on it, it sounds about right. Some things that buyers would take into account: tires good? brakes work well? clean interior? pass smog inspection? Assuming all these are good it sounds like a good car at a good price.
