The DX is a very, very base model, while the LX adds several additional features, like air conditioning, cruise control, MP3/auxiliary input jack, and security with remote entry. If you go to the website listed under Source(s), you should see a table with the different trim levels, and a link at the top of the table that says "View detailed descriptions for each trim level." Click on that link, and it will bring up a window that shows what the DX offers, and then what the LX, EX, and EX with Satellite Navigation adds or replaces to the previous trim line, respectively.Hope this helps!

the dx does not have power windows, mirrors or locks. It also does not have a/c. The interior colors are different as well. For the money the LX is a better deal. If you spend a little more you can get an ex which has alot more options and a sunroof.
