If you are buying it new, I belive that what you want is an option. I have a brand new 2006 Armada and to get the Sattlite radio I wanted I had to buy the $5,000 navigation system with the integrated sattelite. SInce I know how to read a map I bought a portable which is really cool because you can take it with you, buy a booom box adapter and it is less than $100 bucks

You have two options, option one, replace your existing stereo with a stereo that also has Sirius capabilities. Option Two: buy a separate Sirius radio and have installed in your car. I recommend option two because you can dock the Sirius radio in your car and when your not in the car take it out and listen to it where ever you are, home, office, etc. You can get a portable Sirius radio called the stiletto (sp?) and either use a radio transmitter (they are about $30) to transmit in your car wirelessly or get a car mount, docking station, to hard wire it to your car (more expensive but sounds better). Hope this helps. I have Sirius myself and dont even listen to regular radio anymore. Enjoy!
