Default Where do I begin with my 88' CRX to make it look like a Street racing Car?

I'm in the process of purchasing a working (electrical lights, switches, and everything works fine) 1988 Honda CRX. The 16 valve honda engine has 50 thousand and was replaced at 100,000. Was Honda mechanic kept. It has been in garage storage for a year. The car had not been turned on. we added some gas and it turned on fine. Where should I begin with this car in making it look like a street racing car?Engine works fine. The exterior has some dents on both fenders. and some of the plastic lineing is falling off. It has no heater but aside from that, the car has another 50,000 miles or more on it. I'd like to get the heat working because im from Texas and this chicago weather sux! Anyways, I'd like for it to eventually look something like this: http://www.cardomain.com/member_page..._1_full.jpgAny information regarding where I should start would be very thankful!

Don't, because you'll get laughed at. The CRX is such a puny car with a puny old engine, no matter how little mileage it has on it. Texas ain't puny!

The first thing you should do is...Engine Swap!Look for a good B-series engine (B16A or B18C) to swap in so you have a good platform to start making more power from. After that I would suggest you install a good suspension, upgrade your brakes, and invest in a nice set of rims and tires. After doing your suspension and engine swap, start putting money into your engine and crank some horsies out of it!As for your exterior...please keep it tasteful. Do not make it look like it came out of Fast and the Furious....keep it clean and "sleeper-like".
