i know a b16 will fit but will a b18 fit?

if you can find one, get a h22 from a prelude. it should fit with a few modifications, and the power of those motors can be put through the roof.

If you know what your doing you can shoehorn a H22 block in there!

Yeah, k20's will fit too... you just have to do some cutting and of course new motor and tranny mounts... I have seen people put in 302's and 350 small blocks... but really those things are just too unproportional with all that weight... not to mention more probably non street legalOne thing you need to look at as well would be the price for builds... it is cheaper to modify say a d-series than a b series and most expensive being the newer k's... i did a d series build and with a turbo can get anywhere in the mid 300's on my hp and lower 200's on torqueI am an honest believer of "you can only go as fast as your wallet will let you..." so the sky is the limit... why dont you check out honda civic message boards... you can find a lot of info about turbo builds with the single overhead cams on turbod16.com thats where I go... there are plenty of other places like www.hondacivicforums.com that you can find plenty of people who have done this already....good luck with your exchange
