It is most likely a fan belt.

probably a belt, don't worry about it, or get a new belt

What?! change belts change belts... don't do that unless you know you need a new one... there are many other reasons why it could be squealing if it just starts, it might just be moisture on the belts than cause it to slip a bit lots of people have that problem... but if it keeps occurring then check out your timing belt (or it might be chain im not sure) and check for any missing teeth or cracking in the belt as well as your other belts... but don't go directly to the idea of replacement because it could just go away soon... so just give it a couple days... then take her in to get replaced

how many miles are on the car?? do you need drive belts?? it's most likely a belt, take it for a diagnostic and check your owners manual for scheduled belt replacement.

This is most likely a belt, I would not have it tightened I would replace it. They cost less than $10. You don't want to be left stranded.

have a mechanic check the serpentine belt...if it breaks before you get it changed out you may have big time damage to engine

The belt may just be loose, they are easy to tighten if you know what's going on. Don't buy anything until you have someone tighten the belt.
