Default How much was a Honda Accord '96 2.0 Coupe when it was new?

Hi, My boyfriend has set me a quest-to find out how much his Honda Accord 2.0 Coupe cost when it was new in 1996. Does anyone know or remember? roughly?Just to throw into the mix, it has a sunroof, no a/c, elec. windows, driver + passenger airbags, PAS and had a set of expensive Honda alloys on...(now replaced-one got bent...curbed it?)Please help!

The Honda original List prices are as follows: DX $15,100; EX $20,600; LX $17,890 respectively. These numbers are what Honda set from the factory. It does not include things such as dealer fee's, etc.. The major thing I couldnt figure was what trim it was, ie dx, lx, ex. So I am including the link to where you can find the valuation of the car and the original list price. The link below is setup to go right to the valuation aspect, from there choose your trim, options and click the button. I hope this helps!

Car and Driver could help you for sure. Another thing, there wasn't a 2.0 liter accord in the USA in those years. The only version is a 2.2 liter.

Hi, The cost new of the Accord Coupe is as follows for December 1996.2.0i LS Basic price £14936 + VAT at 17.5% £2613 = Total Price £17550. + (delivery and Road Tax)2.2i ES Basic price £17349 + VAT at 17.5% £3036 = Total Price £20385 + (delivery and Road Tax)The sunroof, windows and PAS were standard. As from March 1996 both the airbags were standard. (this was part of the model change)Alloys were not standard as in March 1996 the car had slight changes which included a Chrome edged grille, a new front bumper and Wheel Trims.This model ran from June 1994 until production was discontinued in November 1997.Hope this info helps.Gary
